Chaik's version of their misadventure(s)

plot:

Ishy and Chaik decided to hang out together, but it was Ishy's idea to hang out at Luneta park. She was acting extra naughty and funny today, and she blames the full moon for that. The first activity was to buy the not-so-yummy-cheese-ice-cream from manong sorbetero, nice for the tummy but not for the pocket.

Then Mr. Germany (not a young hottie though) came along, asking Ishy if he could take a picture of her, she smiled and thought for a second then she nodded but then he clarified that he will be taking it with the gigantic statue of Lapu-Lapu, she took a step back but with the pleading smile of Mr. Germany she agreed. Hello Mr. Lapu-Lapu meet the little filipina who posed for a charitable cost, 'I teach about the Philippines' the gentleman said after he took the photo apparently making a move on Ishy. Chaik thought the man will also ask for the lovely maiden's name, and luckily he did not.

Walking past the trees, photographers asking if they want their picture taken and couples cuddling in all corners of the park, p.d.a. (aysus!) Ishy bought 5 sticks of cigar and a piatos (10 + 15). Then they settled down in a bench in front of the fountain (the one with little swans). The voice of an unknown woman was heard from afar, not audible yet Ishy's hand tightened as the woman started her way towards them when they decided to just enjoy the park while sitting under a tree and among the smelly grasses. Their stomachs ached and so decided to strot down until they reached the famous McDonalds, lovely.

Chaik knowing she still had an extra money, bought 2 sundaes (50 but yummy), they paid for 2 cheeseburgers, drinks and fries upsized (202).



conflict:

There were no money in their pockets, no coins on the purse nor cents on any of the secret pockets in their bags. Will God provide?



climax:

Ishy or was it Chaik? who suggested that they walk from Luneta a.k.a. U.N. to Buendia because they didn't have enough money to pay any public utility vehicle. (or is this the conflict?) So the two walked, hand-in-hand, with only a half-full bottle of water and the hope of reaching the terminal alive without spending any amount due to the lack of extra money. Chaik refused to use her emergency money which irritated Ishy so much, but she insisted is no emergency, really, or maybe she just wanted to walk, good for the body and good for the heart (if you know what i mean).

A glass of cold gulaman (8) was the only answer to the thirst, but to Chaik, she was full, not thirsty nor hungry. She was happy, very much happy.




monologue:

There will always be those times wherein you would just like to laugh and live, laugh again and think back on the happiest moments you had with that one person who seemed to know just how to paint that curve on your lips.

We will walk thousand miles but i will never ever do it without holding your hand. You were the only one who I ever walked with that far, exhausting but not boring. I love your smell and the way you walk, i obsessed, not to you, but to our love, i may not live if I will ever lose you.
